Chest: Measure from underarm, across the front, round the gymnasts back and return to the original underarm.
Waist: Measure the circumference of the part of the body below the ribs and above the hips.
Torso: Measure the gymnast from one shoulder, down the front of the body, through the legs, up the back, to finish at the same shoulder as started.
